What a special place. My fiance and I were blown away by the kindness and hospitality. The hosts are so intelligent and very clear in their communication, making sure getting to the location and your activities there will be just perfect. We can't wait to return. It was our favorite stop driving through Italy so far... Our favorite moments were walking around Civita at night, making a fire indoors with tea and cookies afterward, seeing the Etruscan caves underground that are three thousand years old, and seeing the sunrise with a view of the Civita. How special.... we will be talking about this memory for years to come. Thank you, thank you!

What an experience in Civita. I would highly recommend this to anyone. A quaint, unique mountain top town in Lazio filled with visitors by day, but a quiet hamlet at night. The views are simply stunning from the house. Ilaria could not have been a more gracious or helpful host. Her communication was excellent. She went out of her way to make our stay special and offered many suggestions for activities and sights in the area. We particularly appreciated the fruit, bread, juice and she provided for us on our arrival. We will always remember the night we shared with Ilaria and her family on the day of our arrival, enjoying the meal that Ilaria and Marco provided. This place is a MUST for anyone traveling to Umbria or Lazio. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful, quaint and unique! Luckily, we randomly found this gem while searching for a stop between driving from Florence to Rome. We were greeted and felt at home right away. Hospitality - 5 Stars! They prepared dinner which all four of us agreed, was the highlight of our trip! We traveled from larger touristy cities and this was a wonderful, fun and relaxing night. They were quick to response to any questions and recommendations coming to and from the city. The garden area is amazing besides the rental itself. If you are looking for a true, old Italian town, this is the place to rent!
